5th and Colorado is a commercial streetscape project located in downtown Austin at the corner of 5th Street and Colorado Street. The design and layout of landscape and hardscape items for the project is reflective of the city of Austin’s ‘great streets’ program for downtown streetscape aesthetic standards. Utilizing the same paving patterns and colors as well as in keeping with the required plant material in this area of the city, the project fits seamlessly into the existing fabric of the pedestrian and vehicular experience of downtown Austin.
