Gateway to Falconhead is a commercial development in the City of Bee Cave along FM 620. It is part of the larger Falcon Head project that includes single family housing and a golf course. LSI was one of the lead consultants for the site and helped develop a concept plan, turned it into a site plan, and processed the permitting at the City of Bee Cave. What really stands out is the landscape design: LSI designed unique and intimate park spaces for the project, transforming areas around the buildings. Spaces between parking sections and retail development left room for a small seating area, with potential or a community garden, an amphitheater for group gathering, as well as a outdoor eating area with associated landscape.
