Tech Ridge Center is a 300 + acre overall master planned commercial development that houses a number of tenants including HEB, JC Penny’s, Gold’s Gym, Schlotzky’s, and many more. LSI worked on a site responsive design for this development, preserving existing landscapes, and designing a bio-filtration pond that utilizes native plantings to capture stormwater, and runoff on site. LSI also produced landscape, lighting and signage plans that branded the overall development as a whole.
