Williamson County contracted with LSI in 1999 to prepare the Williamson County Regional Park Plan. LSI designed the park from initial concept and masterplanning stages, through the development of construction documents, and oversaw the construction of the park. The conceptual phase involved evaluating the environmental, geotechnical and cultural aspects of the site to determine the desired amenities for this property. We worked extensively with MUD #9, and the cities of Georgetown, Round Rock, and Cedar Park through intensive strategy sessions to produce an outcome that would best achieve the results for the County.
